  1. Grassland Fire Danger Index MODERATE or below. 
  2. No Fire Weather Watch or Red Flag Warning
  3. Relative Humidity (RH) greater than 30%
  4. Wind gusts less than 15MPH

AGRICULTURAL BURNING REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grassland Fire Danger Index HIGH or below. 
  2. No Fire Weather Watch or Red Flag Warning
  3. Relative Humidity (RH) greater than 20%
  4. Wind gusts less than 20MPH
